I co-led the consumer phase of a bank-owned money-movement platform: a multi-year direction built from a 50+ product teardown, rapid concept sprints, and user interviews, then carried into a leadership readout. There was no product manager in the room.

I designed enrollment for an enterprise banking product, then stepped into the researcher's seat when that role was cut: FIS's first user-interview study, the personas it produced, and a company-wide readout that still calibrates work today.
